Bach Flower Remedies Questionnaire

What are the Bach Flower Remedies?
When you feel fulfilled, happy, and positive, you tend to enjoy better health. You get more out of life and can give more to your friends and family. However, the emotional demands of everyday life can make it difficult to maintain a consistent, positive mental attitude. The Bach Flower Remedies can help.
Created in the 1930’s by Dr. Edward Bach, a medical doctor and bacteriologist, the Bach Flower Remedies are 38 plant and flower based formulas that can help us manage the emotional demands of everyday life by bringing negative attitudes and feelings back into balance and perspective. By helping to restore and maintain emotional balance, the Bach Flower Remedies free the body’s own healing functions and help promote overall wellness.
How to take the Bach Flower Remedies?
Add 2 drops of your chosen remedy (or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy) to any beverage and sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary until the desired effect is achieved.
To combine remedies, fill the mixing bottle to the 'shoulder' with spring water; add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (maximum of 7), and take 4 drops of the mixture at least 4 times a day. (If you use Rescue Remedy in the mixture consider it 1 remedy, but use 4 drops.)
The Bach Flower Remedies can also be taken by placing 2 drops directly on the tongue; or rubbing on the lips, behinds the ears, on the temples, or wrists.
Why use anything more than Rescue Remedy?
If you currently use Rescue Remedy, you are already aware of the gentle power it has to reduce your everyday stress and help you maintain control of your health. However, if you are using Rescue Remedy on a daily basis to help control the same recurring problem, you should consider one or more of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies. A common example: people who have car accidents often experience anxiety when getting back behind the wheel for fear of another accident. Rescue Remedy can help the body in the short term. But if the problem persists, Mimulus (which can be very effective for ‘fear of known things’) is a better long-term solution.
The 38 homeopathically prepared Bach Flower Remedies represent a more specific, yet complete, system of natural healing directed at your personality, mood, and emotional outlook. The remedies can be taken individually, or can be mixed into your own personal formula. This questionnaire will help you determine the best solution for you.
Which remedies are right for you?
When you first begin reading the remedy descriptions, it may seem as if they all apply to you. That is why this questionnaire is so useful. It helps select the remedy or formula that will help the most, right now. Check only the questions you feel strongly apply to you at this moment. If you answer yes to two or more questions under a specific remedy, then that remedy should be considered for your formula. You should try, however, to limit your combination to a maximum of 6 to 7 remedies.
